The ANKC Ltd Board has endorsed a recommendation from the National Breed Standards Coordination Group for the Tatra Shepherd Dog to be moved from Group 6 (Utility) to Group 5 (Working Dog).
As ANKC Ltd has adopted the FCI Standard for this Breed it was agreed the Breed should be exhibited in a similar Group as that designated by FCI.
The effective date for this change will be 1 January 2015 to allow sufficient time for Judges, Clubs and Exhibitors to be advised.
